Shruthi Ramachandra brings over 15 years of experience in psychology, mental health management, and education, with a strong background in play, expressive, and narrative therapies. At Intuicent Innovations, she integrates her expertise in human behaviour and experiential learning with the company’s focus on cybersecurity, consulting, and education, helping design learner-centric programs that blend technical excellence with human adaptability.
She has served as a Play Therapist for nearly a decade as a Career Coach guiding aspirational journeys and worked with Juveniles. Holding a Master’s in Psychology from Bangalore University, Shruthi continues to drive initiatives that connect mental well-being, education, and technology to prepare future-ready professionals.
